DT Phudu is a display sans-serif font inspired by the Vietnamese hand-lettering billboards of the older days. The billboards are usually the name of the shop name written in capital latin characters. The artist, Duong Tran, studied the billboard and improved upon to make it a modern, readable typeface and yet retained the design characteristics of the original billboards.
This font comes with 5 font weights from Light to Black weights, and its extended latin characters support up to 192 languages. Since this is a uppercase font only, it’s a good font choice for headline displays. The best of all, this font is free for personal and commercial use.
