Aileron is a good looking sans serif font that you can download for free. Designed by a Japanese designer Sora Sagano, this font family was designed with Helvetica in mind. However, he added his own definition and made some modification to make the font with more curves. So he said that the font might looked like Helvetica, the concept was closer to Univers.
